The beds are comfortable, hot showers are available, and YouTube is accessible. They also provide amenities. The location is very convenient, not too far from Central Sapa. It's near many shops selling winter/trekking clothes, traditional clothing, massages, restaurants, etc. Motorcycle rentals and taxis are also nearby. The natural view from their restaurant is fantastic. You can reach the stone church, Sapa Station, and Sapa Lake in just 5 minutes. It's also close to Cat Cat Village (reachable in about an hour's trek). In the evening, Hmong people gather near the hotel to sell their products. Early check-in is available (11:00 AM), and the concierge and front office staff are very helpful. They allowed us to drop our luggage early so we could explore the city first. Additionally, being curious about local products, I bought a lot of fruits and asked the chefs to cut them for us. They helped us splendidly. Overall, I love this place. Highly recommended!

clean and nice place, great view too despite the rain. balcony and room was well maintained and everything else was great. breakfast buffet was okay and had an extensive range of variety (if you’re not picky) as they changed their dishes slightly everyday. staff were attentive and friendly. location was great as well with alot of massage parlors, convenience stores and F&B outlets (Casa Italia Pizza Restaurant within 2 mins walk a must go!!)
