Additional charges apply upon check-in if the number of guests exceeds the number of guests booked.

Children under 16 years are allowed to enter the swimming pool with a guardian accompanying them. Children under 13 years or under 140cm in height are allowed to use the main pool with a guardian.
Smoking in the room will result in a deep cleaning charge of KRW 400,000.
Soo spa, fitness center, swimming pool, screen golf, squash court and sauna will be closed every last Friday of the month.

The breakfast included booking rates only include breakfast for 2 adults. Breakfast is available at an additional charge per person.
The room rate is based on 2 adults only. Any additional guest is subject to an additional charge upon check-in.
Soo Fitness will be closed on October 27th and November 24th 2023. Fitness, sauna, and swimming pool will not be available on those dates.

Children from 12 years old will be considered as adults
